Would you agree with me if I said that as a product/service developer, we focus more on the features of the product/service than on the behavior of the customer? We make sure that whatever we create meets the needs of our target audience, but we don’t spend a lot of time thinking about how we want our customers to act - apart from, of course, buying what we are selling.
Therefore, I have recorded a video on 5 customer behaviors that we should aim for when generating an idea. The funny thing is that these are SO obvious, yet so easily forgotten.
